Insurance Made Simple
Although we are not in-network with insurance plans, we work with most insurance companies and are happy to help you understand your orthodontic benefits and available coverage. To make the process as convenient as possible, we submit all insurance claims on your behalf and work to make navigating your benefits as simple and stress-free as possible.
Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance coverage throughout treatment. While our team is happy to assist with insurance claims and benefit information, you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage or reimbursement.
Most insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after insurance payments or adjustments is the patient’s responsibility.
